Clarion and Bridor Partner to Unveil ‘Croissant Revolution’ Guide With Michel Roux Jr

We’ve kick started our work with Bridor, the leading manufacturer of frozen bakery goods, by creating a campaign to showcase the company’s products and specifically the opportunity croissants can offer the foodservice sector.
Having commissioned research bespoke to the UK, we used valuable insights into the nation’s love for croissants to create a 24-page report to highlight evolving pastry trends and innovative sales opportunities for industry operators.
From savoury croissant variations to customisable options and deconstructed interpretations of the classic pastry, the guide is a ‘must keep’ for those working in foodservice.
To launch the ‘Croissant Revolution’, we hosted a media event at The Langham Hotel, London with renowned Michelin-starred chef, Michel Roux Jr. Alongside the Bridor team, Michel gave a live cooking demonstration to bring to life the versatility of the humble croissant.
To further amplify the campaign, our team has also been busy organising media interviews and implementing a strategic advertising plan across leading foodservice and hospitality publications.
