A Recipe for Success: Launching "Seasonally British Menus by Cricket St. Thomas" 2025

The past few weeks have been a whirlwind of excitement for our team, and we’re thrilled to share the success of a truly special pop-up activation we recently delivered for our client, Lactalis — proud producers of Cricket St. Thomas cheese - in a bid to  enhance brand awareness amongst key stakeholders and local chefs.


Set against the picturesque backdrop of the historic Lubborn Creamery in the heart of Somerset, this immersive experience was designed to unveil the 2025 edition of Seasons: Seasonally British Menus by Cricket St. Thomas, which celebrates Cricket St Thomas cheeses when paired with local ingredients that flourish around the country across all four seasons.


The event brought together key partners, wholesalers, and standout finalists from last year’s South West Chef of the Year competition for an unforgettable journey into the heritage and craftsmanship behind Cricket St. Thomas cheesemaking — a true tribute to British culinary excellence.


Guests were treated to an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the Creamery, offering a rare glimpse into the meticulous process behind the creation of their award-winning cheeses. The tour concluded with a guided tasting session, featuring a variety of cheeses — including brie, camembert, and goat’s cheese — at different stages of maturation.


The day finished with an exquisite 8-course tasting menu, curated and prepared by Lactalis Professional Development Chef, Rory Larkin. Each dish was thoughtfully designed to highlight the versatility and depth of flavour found in the Cricket St. Thomas range.
This exclusive event not only marked the launch of the Seasons guide but also strengthened relationships and celebrated the artistry of fine cheesemaking.
